February Newsletter

February is one step nearer to spring.
The snow, ice and rain of the winter has us firmly in its grasp but it also has the promise of spring.
The bulbs are starting to poke their heads above the snow and leaves in the woods and in our gardens the snow drops are in flower.
Although we are still in lock down sales are very busy with enquiries still coming in.
Currently our stock of shares for sale are at an all time low but it is lovely to chat to prospective owners.

January Newsletter

As 2020 closes we can look back to a time many of us never thought to witness but with the wonderful human spirit and ingenuity we have produced a vaccine.
Early 2021 will hopefully be the beginning of a change for us all and allow us the return of our freedoms.
Boating has been a wonderful relief and whilst out on the cut life felt something like normal.
I look forward to going out on the cut in the Spring and not having to fear contact with others.

December News letter

For the first time this year I write Merry Christmas.
Let us hope everyone can enjoy a safe time over the Christmas holidays.
Our shared boats in Tier 2 are getting ready to start cruising again and those boats are available to view after the 2nd December.
It is at this time of year we start to undertake major maintenance and during lockdown our engineers have been busy trying to complete works to try and free up time in the new year hoping owners can cruise then.

November News

After a busy cruising season this summer we are now entering further lock downs.
Overall the summer has been amazing for sales we have never in our history welcomed so many new boaters to our groups.
Currently I only have 4 shares for sale and viewings are still taking place.

Autumn Newsletter

Autumn has arrived and with it the wind and rain but don't forget those lovely autumn days crisp and sunny with amazing colours.
The leaves are starting to change colour and the wonderful English countryside is becoming multicoloured.
Narrow boating is one of the nicest ways to enjoy every season in harmony with your surroundings.

The evenings are starting to draw in and slowly we are starting to regain some of our freedoms all be it with wearing masks.
Ownashare has been incredibly busy welcoming new owners to our boats and with our stock of shares rapidly diminishing if you wish to buy a share please do contact us.
The canals are a wonderful way to have a socially distanced holiday in our magnificent English countryside in your own home from home.

August News

Sales enquiries have greatly increased and with the ongoing infection risks Narrow boating is a very good option for an away from it all holiday or if you prefer a boat and dine option at lots of our recently opened pubs.
All of our boats are fogged each turnaround to offer a safe environment including extra sanitisation to touch areas during cleaning.

With the prospect of boating again this summer viewings of shares are increasing.
It is lovely to welcome so many new people to share boating.

Interest in our shares continues to be very positive and I now have a waiting list of viewings for when we are allowed to travel again.
